Shipping Policy
Bekezela Thiyane (Pty) Ltd, trading as Thiyane Logistics ("we," "us," "our"), provides Thiyane Logistics as a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform for shuttle and fleet management.
No Physical Goods
Thiyane Logistics does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. Our service is delivered entirely online, through web-based software accessed via your internet browser or device. Accordingly, no shipping, freight, or physical delivery charges apply to any purchase made through Thiyane Logistics.
Service Delivery
Access to the Thiyane Logistics platform is provisioned electronically. Upon completion of onboarding and payment (in accordance with your Subscription Agreement), your tenant account and login credentials are made available immediately, or within the timeframe communicated to you during onboarding.
